Rooms for Hire

There are three large rooms, one meeting room and a well equipped kitchen for hire at the Centre.
Each room has its own set of tables and chairs, free Wi-Fi and a basic equipped kitchenette and polished wooden floors. They all have excellent light quality, with large windows and low energy, efficient lighting, clean, warm and bright.

Hire Fees

The fees for hiring rooms at Wilton Community Centre are £10.00 per hour with a minimum
of 3 hours hiring. Discounts for Registered Charities and regular users may be available – please contact the Bookings Secretary.

Each Room has its own kitchenette but there is also a well-equipped kitchen for larger events.
The kitchen is an extra £12 when added to a 3 hour room hire. For a 4 or 5 hour room hire you can add the kitchen for just £15. For longer kitchen usage please contact the Bookings Secretary.

There is a PA system in Room 2 and 3 and there is also a portable PA amp for music and speech with two radio microphones for anywhere else in the building. Room 2 also has a small drop down screen. . There is an excellent upright piano and Wi-Fi broadband in all rooms.

Portable stage units are available, making up a 3m x 3m square stage or different variations.

These facilities and car parking are all included in the hire fees.

4.9m x 4.2m. (16′ x 14′) seats 30 people. Has large table, other tables and chairs and carpeted floor.
Small cupboard with cups and saucers and kettle.

Well Equipped Kitchen for Hire

This is not a full catering kitchen but it does have a large 6 burner oven, warming cupboard, several sinks, hot water unit, fridge, freezer, crockery, work surfaces and trolleys. For smaller meetings and basic refreshments, the kitchenettes in each room will suffice, but the kitchen will be needed for larger scale catering and it is hired separately, currently £12.00 per 3 hour session.
